Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173)
Privacy Notice
How www.njcomasterbuilders.com uses cookies, the Meta Pixel and the details you send us. Plain and short.
Who we are
NJCO Master Builders Inc., Seriña Street, Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City. We run www.njcomasterbuilders.com, the Estimate App and the Client Portal.
What we collect
- What you type in our forms (Request a Quote, site inspection or proposal requests in the Estimate App): your name, e-mail, phone and message. We use them only to reply to you and prepare your quote.
- Where you came from: if you arrive from one of our ads or posts, the link may carry campaign tags (for example
utm_source=facebook). Your browser keeps them and sends them with your request, so we know which post helped you find us. - Visit and button data through cookies and the Meta Pixel (below).
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel (by Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook) to see how well our Facebook ads and posts work. It sets cookies and tells Meta when someone:
- opens a page on our website (page view);
- sends a quote or inspection request, or opens an estimate or its PDF (lead);
- taps our call, e-mail or Messenger buttons (contact).
We do not send your name, e-mail, phone number or anything you type to Meta. We only send the type of action, such as “quote form”. Meta also receives the usual technical details any website gets (page address, browser and device, IP address) and handles them under Meta’s Privacy Policy.
The pixel is not used inside the Client Portal after you sign in, in staff areas, or in the NJCO Admin Portal.
How to opt out
Tracking is on in this browser.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use a tracker blocker, or manage ad settings in your Facebook account (Ad preferences). Our forms still work if you opt out.
Keeping and sharing your details
We keep inquiries only as long as we need them to reply, quote and run your project, or as the law requires. We do not sell your details. Only NJCO staff who handle your request can see them.
Your rights and contact
Under RA 10173 you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. E-mail [email protected] with the subject “Data privacy request”. You may also contact the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
